Netacise is a unique, netball inspired, group fitness activity built on the values of flexibility, adaptability and enjoyment.
Sessions focus on 3 components:
- Speed and Agility
- Netball Skills
- Strength and Power
It is open to all ages, all abilities and fitness levels regardless of whether or not you’ve played netball before.
